Security organizations and private investigation agencies are required to establish a complaints procedure in accordance with the WPBR (Private Security Organizations and Investigation Agencies Act). This complaints procedure is based on Article 18 of the RPBR (Regulation on Private Security Organizations and Investigation Agencies). Therefore, this complaints procedure has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Security.
